PRACTICAL INFORMATION
The College of Tourism and Hospitality Management is situated outside the center of the city and public transportation is slightly complicated (from the Palace of Culture area you take the tram no.7 and at the East Railway Station (Warszawa Wschodnia) you change into bus 115 and 123, get off at the second stop and walk 5 minutes north along Chodakowska Street). Some participants of the Conference will stay at the Ibis Hotel at Muranowska 2, near the Old Town. There will be our school bus taking the participants to the Conference venue on Saturday, November 29th at 8.30 am. The bus will bring you back to the same place (hotel Ibis) after the last session.
The dinner on Saturday night is arranged in the restaurant very close to Ibis Hotel so all participants are invited to meet at the hotel at 7.20 pm.
On Sunday our sightseeing tour will start at Ibis at 8.30 am and after the tour the bus will bring you to the Conference venue. After the final session the bus transportation back to Ibis Hotel will be provided.
We invite all participants to take advantage of our "transportation system" as public transportation, especially city buses, are not very frequent. Otherwise we suggest to use taxis.
